Consideration of how educators address the needs of students

In schools, teachers do more than just teach subjects; they also help students with their money and feelings. This is like how a manager runs a company. Sometimes, natural disasters like floods or earthquakes can happen, and these can hurt people's homes and jobs. Teachers, who are good at talking and understanding students, need to make students feel safe to talk about their problems. This is important because if students are worried about money or feeling sad, they can't learn well. Teachers can also be like cheerleaders for students, helping them with their feelings and giving them advice. In case of natural disasters, teachers can teach students and their families how to get ready for them and what to do if they happen. They can also find information and help for students and families who need it. Teachers plan lessons and make sure students can learn even if something bad happens, like a storm that keeps them away from school. They also pay attention to see if students are feeling really sad or scared and help them find someone to talk to. By doing all this, teachers can teach students about being ready for natural disasters and help them feel better when bad things happen.
